Return Policy + Shipping


Our policy lasts 14 days.
If 14 days have gone by since your purchase has been received, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached.

International returns :

There is a 20.00 USD fee for international returns that will be deducted from your refund when the return is processed.  Any duties and taxes paid are nonrefundable.  




If you happen to live in the area, we are more than happy to hold an item for you to try on!

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please email for instructions on your return.

Please note returns without authorization are not accepted.  If you still decide to do so, please note that you may not be refunded, and you may incur additional shipping fees.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


two birds will process your order by the next business day, Monday - Friday, holidays excluded. Orders are shipped from San Francisco, Ca. Residents of California will pay 7.5% state sales tax on their purchase. 

All domestic orders are sent USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business day delivery to most locations) or USPS ground /Fedex Ground which now has been taking 7-10 business days. A shipment confirmation email will be sent with the tracking number. All orders are shipped with a signature required. You may choose to waive the signature at checkout. By waiving signature, you assume full liability for the package if lost or stolen.

All international orders are sent USPS or Fedex International.  Please note buyer is responsible for all duties and taxes.


Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
